We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your standard products.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused.
- All original tags must be attached.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@horizonhub.com.au. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we will not accept items sent back to us without prior authorization.
Lost package:
We have no control over any carrier business. If you think that you haven't received your order in time please launch an investigation with the carrier to locate your shipment. We are unable to initiate any refund until the carrier declares that they have lost your package.
Return Shipping Costs:
If you've changed your mind after the goods have been picked up by a courier and wish to return your order, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues:
Please thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that your standard or custom-made cardboard products and packaging items are defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately. This will allow us to assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
Please be aware that certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made cardboard products and packaging items. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
On Sale Items:
Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for items purchased during on a sale.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to get the item you desire is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its status. To qualify for a refund, the items must be free from any damage. If our inspection reveals that the goods are in an unsellable condition, your refund request may be partially or completely denied.
We apply a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price or $15, whichever amount is higher, to all approved refund requests.
If your refund request is approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
